Citizen science has emerged as a powerful tool for large-scale bird monitoring, with platforms like eBird providing valuable data for ornithological research and conservation efforts. This study analyzes over five million eBird records to assess trends in species distribution, seasonal movement, and population changes over the past decade. We discuss the reliability of citizen-collected data, its impact on conservation policies, and strategies to enhance data accuracy. The results demonstrate how birdwatchers worldwide contribute to scientific knowledge and highlight the growing importance of public participation in avian research.
